Actigraph is one of the most common research-grade accelerometers. There is considerable research validating and developing algorithms for human activity using ActiLife counts. Unfortunately, ActiLife counts are proprietary and difficult to implement if researchers use different accelerometer brands. The code creates ActiLife counts from raw acceleration data for different accelerometer brands and it is developed based on the study done by Brond and others (2017) . authors: - family-names: Brondeel given-names: Ruben - family-names: Rahimipour Anaraki given-names: Javad - family-names: Fuller given-names: Daniel email: daniel.fuller@usask.ca - family-names: KhataeiPour given-names: SeyedJavad email: skhataeipour@mun.ca repository: https://walkabillylab.r-universe.dev repository-code: https://github.com/walkabillylab/activityCounts commit: 1793232513ce38dd1f2842d3d378e5de84af282f url: https://github.com/jbrond/ActigraphCounts date-released: '2025-04-03' contact: - family-names: Fuller given-names: Daniel email: daniel.fuller@usask.ca
